"Thank you for staying with us at Glorietta Bay inn" that is not something that we just say it is something we truly mean. From the moment you walk up the steps you are welcomed and if we see you before you embark up the 8 steps to the door you will hear us Welcome you and tell you to leave your luggage and we will help you at the desk. Why? Well as much as we would love to have everyone stay in the center piece of our property, we only have 12 rooms in the mansion. It is more likely that you will be in one of our wonderful contemporary rooms we do not want you to struggle with your luggage. During check in we will offer luggage assistance. We will also give you a property map and let you know some basics like breakfast times, pool hours and our housekeeping schedule. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day to assist you with anything you may need.

The mansion is not the only building where every room is unique, every one of our 101  rooms are different. We have 1 room with 3 beds in it (It’s a first floor). We have a couple  rooms that are deluxe rooms with 2 queen beds but the beds are separated by a door and are 1.5 baths (we call these splits) A couple of our rooms in the contemporary rooms have tubs while others only have showers. A couple of our Deluxe king beds have a sofa. If you make your reservation on GloriettaBayInn.com give us a call so we can get you a room that fits what you. Looking for a place to eat at the front desk we have free appetizer cards for Miguel’s, Brigantine, Bluewater Grill Boathouse, Peohe’s and Il Fornaio. The front desk also has discount cards for Chez Loma and Blue Bridge Hospitality restaurants. Leaving the Island our front desk has you covered there to with free appetizers card for Café Coyote in Old Town and free admission to the Shout house in the Gaslamp Quarter.

When you arrive and discover you forgot something our front desk is stocked with toothpaste, tooth brush, combs, hair spray and deodorant. We also have little swimmers for our youngest guest in diapers to enjoy our pool. Speaking of our little guests we have a chest of toys for them and a special line to read them a story.

Of course, being this close to the beach ask the front desk if you would like sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas or chairs along with your beach towel to enjoy the ocean. Our market even sells sun screen.
